RSL provides hands-on executive and senior level recruitment for growing companies and startups. We specialise in helping founders and leadership teams make critical hires efficiently and competitively. Executive search quality without executive search overhead.

Every project is led directly by Albina Kolomiets (20+ years in recruitment) and Michael Maltby (ex-CEO, ex-Finance Director). Together, they bring the dual perspective of recruiters and business leaders, having worked on numerous startup and growth-stage projects. We’ve been on your side of the table. RSL primarily recruits for technical and commercial roles for positions located in the UK and Europe, across a range of industries including: AI, Fintech, Defence, Healthcare, and FTTH Telco.

Our services

Executive search

We provide end-to-end retained C-level search on a fixed-fee basis.  Timings are typical 6-8 weeks.  Fees (ex VAT)  are £17,500  for any poisition with a basic over £150,000.

Senior/mid level talent acquisition

We provide end-to-end retained senior and mid level search on a fixed fee basis.Timings are typially 4-6 weeks.  Fees (ex VAT) are £12,500 for any position with a basic over £100,000 and £7,500 for any position with a basic under £100,000. 

Tech outsourcing

Outsourcing tech roles often represents an alternative to acquiring tech skills in-house.  We have a developed several partnerships with leading primarily Ukrainian tech companies and can make appropriate introductions.
